Cranberry Oatmeal Cookies

Soft chewy brown sugar oatmeal cookies with sweetened dried cranberries. A chewy and hearty oatmeal cookie that everyone will love!

  • 125 g Flour
  • 100 g Crunchy Musli
  • 80 g Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 50 g Pepitas (chopped)
  • 80-90 g Sweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 125 g Melted Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix: flour, brown sugar, musli, baking powder, pepitas, and the dried cranberries.
  • Add eggs and melted butter and mix.
  • Drop onto a baking sheet, using a spoon.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges starts to turn a light golden color. Don’t overbake.
